Miniature Advent Card - The Christmas Homecoming

The Christmas Homecoming

Every family has that one relative who arrives for the holidays in style, and this rust-red house design captures exactly that moment — a cherry-red vintage car pulled up right at the front step, evergreen wreaths strung along the windows, and the whole house looking ready to welcome guests in from the cold. Vintage automobiles have long been a beloved motif in European Christmas card art, harkening back to a more romantic age of holiday travel, when the arrival of family by motorcar felt like an event worth illustrating.

This pint-sized advent house folds up all that nostalgic charm into a card small enough to fit in your palm, its numbered doors ready to be opened one by one on the approach to Christmas Day. It's a wonderfully whimsical little keepsake for anyone who loves the idea of a classic car parked under a garland-draped window.
